Major Role and Responsibilities

• Under the lead of the Hostel Supervisor, to be responsible for daily patrol and reporting irregularities of the common facilities and equipment inside the Youth Oasis.
• To assist in tenancy matters for inquiries from tenants and visitors.
• To assist officers carrying out flat inspection and take inventory upon tenants moving in/out.
• To assist monitoring the performance of contractors for security, cleaning and gardening.
• To feedback the use condition of furniture and equipment.
• To assist handling crisis or emergency matters of the hostel.
• To undertake special assignments or any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

*      This duty list is subject to review and additional duties would be included if the post so requires.

Requirements

• Form 5 Level or equivalent. 
• Work on shift roster.  
• Possess working experience.
• Good interpersonal skill
• Possession of the “Security Personnel Permit” issued by Hong Kong Police Force is an advantage.
