We invite high caliber personnel who is dynamic, organized and self-motivated to be a part of our Fundraising Department for the following position:
Job Highlights:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of fund-raising programmes/events and network building initiatives
- Manage fundraising events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, drafting of appeals, speeches, press releases, social media content/posts, features and correspondences, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, etc.
- Produce quality promotional and publicity materials, both print and digital, from content development to production
- Liaise with donors and corporations to explore opportunities in sponsorship
- Prepare fund-raising proposals and communication materials
- Explore regular donation channels which help provide stable income for the Kuk’s charitable services
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- A recognized degree in Marketing / Communications / or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the fields of fund-raising, marketing communications, or event management
- Good command of speaking, listening and writing in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Mature, meticulous and also an efficient and motivated self-starter
- Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
- Need to work in the evening on weekdays and weekends occasionally
- Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
