We invite high caliber personnel who is dynamic, organized and self-motivated to be a part of our Fundraising Department for the following position:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical support to the Department
  • Data entry of donors’and guests’information, handle and transfer donors’cheques and payment to internal departments, issue donation receipts, etc
  • Assist in receiving donation-in-kind, maintaining proper stock and donation record
  • Manage records and files keeping in the Department
  • Handle hotline enquiries from donors
  • Provide logistical and on-site support in fund-raising events
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • At least five subjects with Grade E / Level 2 in HKCEE or 4 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language
  • At least 1 year’s clerical and administrative experience but fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge e.g. MS Word, Power Point, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Eager to learn, able to work as a team and independently
  • Occasional overtime work is required
