Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of compensation and benefits functions, including but not limited to payroll, pension, taxation, leave management, benefits administration and other C&B related matters;
  • Supervise and work closely with the team to ensure deliverables are processed in the accurately and timely manner;
  • Conduct regular review on policies and procedures to adhere the compliance with statutory requirements and the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency;
  • Manage various C&B initiatives such as the annual staff cost budget, benefits scheme review, C&B benchmarking and other rewards-related programs;
  • Compile HR data analysis reporting to the Management; and
  • Undertake other assigned duties and ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • At least 6 years working experience in compensation and benefits;  
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, pension and tax legislations and other relevant regulations in Hong Kong;
  • Meticulous attention to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;  
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese; and
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
