Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to CEO, the incumbent will work with Board of Directors, another DCEO and senior executives, to ensure the operational efficiency and sustainability of the Kuk;
• Oversee Kuk’s education affairs department and manage affiliated schools for provision of quality education;
• Oversee a number of departments for overall strategic development, daily operations and budget management;
• Enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the Kuk's services;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain support for the Kuk's programs; and
• Oversee special projects and perform duties as assigned by CEO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with at least 8 years' experience in a management role in a sizable organization;
• Familiar with operation of non-governmental organization (NGO) / public sector;
• Experience in education sector and youth related services is highly preferred;
• Possess knowledge in the regulatory environment;
• Strong organizational and execution power;
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills in steering strategic initiatives, together with strong communication and influencing skills; and
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
