Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related discipline;
- At least 3 years in administrative/project support role experience preferably in NGOs/sizeable organisations;
- Experience in the Human Resource Management/ ICT implementation field would be an advantage;
- Good command of English and Chinese for both speaking and writing;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organising skills; and
- Well-versed in MS Office and project management software processing is a must.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting;
- Maintain regular contact with external consultants, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of project deliverables;
- Collect, collate, and analyze data related to project progress, budget expenditure, HR and financial data, and ICT implementation. Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Project Manager summarizing key findings and insights;
- Assist the Project Manager in communicating project updates and information to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, staff, consultants, government agencies, and funding bodies;
- Assist the Project Manager with the implementation of ICT solutions, including coordinating training, providing support to staff, and managing the integration of new systems;
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with the project; and
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager to support the overall success of service enhancement initiatives.
