Founded in 1878, Po Leung Kuk, as one of the largest charity organisations in Hong Kong, has been serving Hong Kong for 148 years with its objective of “Protecting the Young and the Innocent”(保赤安良). Currently, the Kuk has 325 units strategically located in Hong Kong and provides services in education, social welfare, youth, recreation, culture and integrated health care. We have about 45,000 students in our schools and attend to more than 3,000,000 visits for services annually in the past 3 years. Corporate Communications Executive

(Ref: CCE/CCPR)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Brand and Relations Development Manager in organizing and managing the Kuk’s publicity campaigns, VIP visits and annual ceremonial events;
• Develop and implement the corporate partnership and liaise with service units for CSR-related initiatives;
• Develop and implement effective communications and promotion campaigns including defining both online and offline strategies to achieve branding and promotion objectives for the projects of the Kuk;
• Develop digital content for the Kuk’s social media platforms
• Handle corporate and public enquiries;
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
   

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Communications / Public Relations / Marketing or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year or above relevant working experience;
• Good understanding of social media platforms & content creation with exposure to digital media
• Self-motivated, good team player, creative, able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Excellent command of English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of video editing and photography will be an advantage
