Senior Service Manager

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree or above, preferably in Social Work.
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in sizable non-governmental organizations and/or related government departments of which 5 years should be a management position for Special Child Care Services or Kindergarten Social Work Services.
• Be responsible, self-motivated, meticulous, and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Descriptions:

• Report to the Assistant Principal Social Services Secretary.
• Oversee the daily administration, service monitoring, strategic planning, and development of our Special Child Care Services and Kindergarten Social Work Services.
• Participate in planning for the establishment of new centers/projects and a wide range of innovative services.
• Responsible for proposal writing and liaison with various external business associates/funding organizations.
