Project Officer (Project period: 1 Aug 2024 – 31 May 2026 (22months))

We are seeking an experienced project officer to co-ordinate the development and implementation of the Kuk’s funded educational service projects. The key responsibilities will include

(a) Manage and facilitate smooth implementation of a 22-month environmental education project aimed at engaging kindergarten and primary students, teachers, and parents.

(b) Liaising with affiliated kindergartens and primary schools, project partners and donors and auditors; 

(c) Monitor and evaluate project activities and outcomes;

(d) Prepare progress and financial project reports;

(e) Ensure compliance with funding requirements and organization polices;

(f) Prepare promotional materials for social media and publications;

(g) Handle administrative duties;

(h) other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines, with minimum 3 years of experience in project management
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of social media will be an advantage
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview
• Able to report duty on 1 Aug, 2024
