Executive Officer, Training (IT and Database Management)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and administer training records and learning management platform;
  • Coordinate and maintain the IT systems for human resource development with IT teams indesignated aspects;
  • Support the IT/AV requirement for training programmes;
  • Manage training logistics with trainers when required;
  • Perform any duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Information Technology or Data Computing;
  • Have at least 3 - 5 years of post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably ineducation/training or non-governmental organizations sector;
  • Be a self-motivated, meticulous, independent and responsible individual with good teamspirit. Possess strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Prior experience in database and system management are essential.
  • Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese language skills (includingPutonghua);
  • Have high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Chinese wordprocessing, familiar with Adobe applications is an asset;
  • Have experience in using relevant software on supporting various programmes.
