Executive Officer / Assistant Executive Officer, Training

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer the training programmes;
  • Coordinate and manage training logistics with trainers;
  • Manage training materials and resources; 
  • Apply knowledge of digital content creation and management; 
  • Handle quality assurance management and related matters;
  • Perform any duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business administration or human resources;
  • Have at least 3-5 years of post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably in education/training or non-governmental organizations sector;
  • Be a self-motivated, meticulous, independent and responsible individual with good team spirit. Posses strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Prior experience in communications and knowledge of content creation will be a definite asset;
  • Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese language skills (including Putonghua); 
  • Have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing, familiar with Adobe applications is a bonus.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive Officer.
