Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Proactively analyze data to answer key enquiries for stakeholders, drives operation performance, investigate, identify and communicate on any areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components & data dashboard from multiple data sources and share with different information access level among stakeholders & departments
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets

Required skills and qualifications

• 5+ of experience data mining, data modelling and big data lake as a data analyst
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, wrangling and visualization
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations, include: -
• Data Lake / Warehouse Architectural / Data pipeline / ETL Setup / Migration and Configuration (on-premise / Cloud)
• Strong SQL / Excel (advance) skills
• Data Analysis & Visualization among Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R
• Good understanding on Database Management on MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle
• Programming & Machine Learning: Python, Java, R

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
• Strong programming experience with frameworks
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Technical documentation
