Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in NGOs/sizeable organisations, with a minimum of 3 years must be at a supervisory level;
- Experience in the Human Resource Management/ ICT implementation field would be an advantage;
- Good command of English and Chinese for both speaking and writing;
- Detail-minded with good interpersonal, problem-solving, communication and organizing skills; and
- Well-versed in MS Office and project management software processing is a must.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the consultancy project aligns with the department's strategic goals and Po Leung Kuk's values and managing project risks and opportunities effectively;
- Oversee the implementation of consultancy recommendations related to human resources and finance strategies;
- Manage the adoption and implementation of ICT solutions identified by the consultancy project;
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, staff and external consultants;
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with the consultancy project, ICT implementation, and Lump Sum Grant utilization.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management, funding bodies, and other stakeholders; and
- Lead and mentor a project team, delegating tasks effectively and providing support and guidance to team members.
