Medical and Integrated Health
In view of the aging population and the community’s increasing needs for low-cost quality medical services, the Kuk has started to offer medical services to serve the general public by amending the Po Leung Kuk Ordinance to include medical services. The amendment has come into effect since 1 June 2014.
The Kuk sets out its vision on “MedSoLink”, which literally means Po Leung Kuk links up with the community via its various social and medical services teams to work for the holistic benefits of our service users from all perspectives.
Integrated Health Centres
Po Leung Kuk operates three medical and integrated health centres. Each centre provides Family Medicine service, body check and vaccination services, Chinese Medicine service including acupuncture and bone setting, Tianjiu and Cupping services. Some centres offer physiotherapy service and Dental service (by appointment only).
Family Medicine Service

We provide low-priced quality Family Medicine Service, which also includes body check plans and vaccination programs, e.g. Vaccination Subsidy Schemes and Colorectal Cancer Screening Pilot Programme. Discount will be offered to people aged 65 or above, recipients of Comprehensive Social Security Allowance and pupils under Fee Remission Scheme.
Sham Shui Po District Council Po Leung Kuk Shek Kip Mei Community Services Centre (Medical Services) offers discounted prices to recipients of Comprehensive Social Security Allowance and pupils under Fee Remission Scheme.
Chinese Medicine Service

Pulse assessment in progress
We provide low-priced and professional Chinese Medicine service, which includes internal medicine, acupuncture and Tian Jiu therapy. Our registered CMPs prescribe quality concentrated Chinese medicine granules to patients. Discount will be offered to people aged 65 or above.
Physiotherapy Service
Physiotherapy service includes pain relief treatment and rehabilitation. Discount will be offered to people aged 65 or above.

Dental Service
Our Centre is equipped with advanced dental equipment and computerized system. The clinic aims to provide quality dental service, including oral checkup and x-ray, scaling, filing, tooth extraction, root canal treatment and denture fitting services to the general public. Please call or visit the clinic to make an appointment. Eligible elderly may use health care vouchers at the clinic or apply for the Community Care Fund. Please contact our staff for details.
