With the belief that every individual possesses “multiple intelligences” and in appreciation of unique talents, Po Leung Kuk is committed to creating opportunities for underprivileged groups in giving full play to their own strengths.

In this regard, the Kuk has set up social enterprises to hire people with disabilities and grassroots women; Vocational Rehabilitation Services Centres are also established to provide vocational skill training, career counselling and referral services for more than 1,100 disabled service users, facilitating their integration into the society.

The social enterprises adhere to the philosophy of “ONE”, firmly believing that every individual is the “one and only" with their own uniqueness, everyone just needs to take one step further to understand and appreciate each other, we can “bond into ONE, united as ONE”.

The multi-faceted services of the social enterprises span across elderly and infirm care, handcraft productions to bakery and catering services. All income generated will be reinvested into its own business for sustainable development

“Wellness ONE” (formerly known as “Rehab ONE”) offers rental or purchasing services of rehabilitation equipment, sales of nursing supplies, professional consultations and home safety assessments, and recycles second-hand rehabilitation equipment. Vocational Rehabilitation Service Centre

Vocational rehabilitation service centre offers diversified vocational training to people with disabilities. Every step or job task they engaged in practises their concentration, coordination capabilities, communications techniques and other life skills. Corporates or groups are welcomed to adopt our services, enabling people with disabilities to showcase their talents and contribute to the society.
