Financial Analyst (24-month contract) (財務分析員)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct financial analysis and forecast;

  • Prepare reports and projections based on financial data as required;

  • Evaluate current and historical financial data to analyze the organization's financial position;

  • Formulate three-year financial projections based on annual financial budget;

  • Formulate monthly reports for budget and cost control; and

  • Evaluate the impact of NGO and market salary trends, economic environments, and social welfare policy on the Departmental financial budget and projections.

 

Our Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, data science or relevant disciplines;

  • 3 years of relevant work experience;

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders;

  • Self-motivated team player and work independently; and

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel with solid advanced skill in data visualization and BI tools.
