The 13th Hong Kong Inter-Primary School Debating Competition

The 13th Hong Kong Inter-Primary School Debating Competition organized by Po Leung Kuk, co-organized and sponsored by Tin Ka Ping Foundation was held successfully at Charles K. Kao Auditorium in Hong Kong Science Park on 20^th May 2023. Our Chairman, Mrs Winnie W L CHAN delivered an opening speech and Board Members including Miss Jenny Y C TAM, Mrs Emily H Y TANG, Mr Louie S N LAM and Advisor Mr Quincy K Y LUI, BBS, SBStJ and Miss Abbie S K CHAN, BBS attended and supported the event.

We are honoured to have Mr. TIN Hing Sin, Chairman of the Board of Tin Ka Ping Foundation to be the officiating guest and a number of well-known guests to be the judges. After an exciting competition, Po Leung Kuk Tin Ka Ping Primary School won the Champion, ‘My Favorite Debator’ Award and ‘The Best Debator’ Award. Po Leung Kuk Camões Tan Siu Lin Primary School won the 1^st Runner-up and Po Leung Kuk Luk Hing Too Primary School won the 2^nd Runner-up.
