Chow Shiu Chow Memorial Youth Development Centreis one of the self-financed Youth Centres in Po Leung Kuk. In order to strengthen our youth self-efficacy and to encourage them to assume social responsibilities, the centre provides diverse learning opportunities to our youth, aiming to enhance their personal capital, develop their creativity and cultivate their independent and critical thinking.
