Senior Officer (Leasing and Hostel Management)

Working Relationship:

Supervisor :     Manager (Leasing and Hostel Management)

Supervisee :  Clerk / Hostel Worker

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setup of the eco-system and arranging year-round recycling schemes for the hostel
  • Execute property leasing/tenancy management including minimizing rent loss, vetting applications with interviews and signing of tenancy agreements
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants
  • Carry out flat inspection and take inventory upon tenants moving in/out
  • Monitor performance of contractors for security, cleaning and gardening
  • Feedback the use condition of furniture and equipment and recommend for replacement / renewal
  • Handle crisis or emergency matters of the hostel
  • Participate and attend necessary meetings in the Kuk or outside whenever needed
  • Undertake special assignments or any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of Degree /Higher Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in Property/Leasing Management of which working for environmental protection and recycling is preferred
  • Experience in tenancy and flat allocation process is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Self-initiative and can motivate team work
