Corporate Development Senior Executive (Ref: CDSE)
Job Descriptions:
A Donor Engagement & Fundraising Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising programs and activities, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives.
- Support the team in engaging with existing donors and cultivating new donor relationships by maintaining regular communication and identifying partnership opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of donor communication materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Corporate Partnerships
- Assist in identifying and engaging corporate sponsors and partners to support Po Leung Kuk’s initiatives.
- Help coordinate corporate sponsorship activities, including preparing sponsorship proposals, agreements, and reports.
- Ensure corporate sponsors are recognized appropriately at events and through other communication channels.
- Donor Relationship Management (DRM) System
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of the Donor Relationship Management (DRM) system, ensuring its effective use for tracking donor data and engagement.
- Assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting, providing insights to help improve donation and fundraising strategies.
- Assist in donor segmentation and personalized communication efforts based on donor data.
- Data Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in conducting data mining and analysis to identify prospective donors, assess fundraising trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Event Support
- Assist with the planning and execution of fundraising events, ensuring that donor and sponsor engagement is prioritized.
- Coordinate event logistics, prepare event materials, and ensure smooth communication with donors and corporate partners.
- Administrative Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Development team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in handling general departmental matters and ensure efficient operation of daily activities.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor(s)
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- For Senior Executive: At least 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, donor relations, or a related field. Less experience will be considered as Executive.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
- Occasional overtime work is required;
