Senior HR Officer/HR Officer (Projects)

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Lump Sum Grant human resources projects of the organization
  • Provide and analyze HR data and metrics for various HR projects and assignments from time to time;
  • Partner with external consultant to conduct the total rewards strategies and HR initiatives;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute HR projects that align with the strategic goals of the organization;
  • Assist in the review of HR policies and procedures to meet the operational needs;
  • Participate in the HRIS implementation and enhancement; and
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years or above relevant experience in human resources management with a focus on compensation and benefits or data analysis; 
  • Working exposures in non-government organizations will be an advantage;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadline with quality deliverables;
  • Attention to details with strong numeric sensitivity and accuracy;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced skills in MS Excel;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
