Human Resources Manager

Jobs Description

• Reporting to Head of Human Resources, lead a small team to manage the employment life cycle including probation assessment, performance appraisal, contract renewal, employment relations, termination etc.
• Provide HR advice and solutions to assigned departments to improve employee experience and employee retention
• Review workflow and process for continuous improvement
• Participate in HRIS and other digitalization projects
• Review and develop HR policies and guidelines
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 8 ‘years of experience in human resources, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different level of staff
• Team player with positive attitude
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
