Key responsibilities:

• Work with Board of Directors, CEO and DCEO to formulate sustainable fund raising strategy of the organization to meet the organization's goals
• Lead the fund raising team to plan and execute fund raising events and programmes
• Collaborate with Corporate Communication Department for brand building strategy of the organization to engage the community and arouse public awareness
• Extend network with potential donors and maintain sound relationships with existing patrons
• Explore different sources of funding and cultivate opportunities to work with potential partners including but not limited to corporations, government bodies, individuals etc.
• Maintain donor database and track donations to analyze effectiveness of fundraising campaigns
• Prepare grant proposal and applications to fund granting bodies
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant experience of which at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in NGO is highly preferred but not essential
• Creative, proactive and resourceful
• Proficiency in Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
