Overall Role and Major Responsibilities

  • Project management for purpose-built projects
  • Co-ordination of project requirements in co-operation with internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the prevailing rules and procedures of Po Leung Kuk and/or funding bodies
  •  Assisting in consultants selecting exercise including preparation of consultancy brief
  • Preparation of tender documents including production of working drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and contract conditions.
  • Preparation of contract documents for signing
  • Site Supervision and quality control, co-ordination, payments evaluation and final accounts settlement
  • Overseeing the timely submissions to the Building Authority, Licensing Bodies, etc. for an early operation of the purpose-built projects
  • Any other duties as may from time to time be assigned by his/he superior(s)

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines i.e. Building Surveying, Building Studies, Architectural Studies of Interior Design, with at least 4 years’ relevant experience OR
  • Higher Diploma with at least 6 years’ relevant experience
  • Familiar with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
