Responsibilities:

• Assist to review various schools financial reports and budgets
• Handle Full Set Accounts of Education Services Centres
• Perform general accounting duties such as data input, cheque review, physical stock-taking
• Assist to process year end closing procedure
• Visit various schools to check procurement documents
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least with student membership of HKIAAT or with Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience and experience in schools is an advantage
• Outdoor work is required
• PC proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in English and Chinese
