Remarks:
- Complete the donation form and send it together with a crossed cheque made payable to "Po Leung Kuk", a bank deposit slip (original copy) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) information to Po Leung Kuk, 66 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
- Donations of $100 or above are tax-deductible. An official donation receipt will be issued by PLK.

Po Leung Kuk Eco-Friendly Dress Special Day
Po Leung Kuk has been committed to serving the community's needy and the less privileged for over 146 years. This year, with the theme of “Fashion Show: New Life for Old Clothes”, Po Leung Kuk Eco-Friendly Dress Special Day aims to promote the concepts of waste reduction, recycling and sustainable development in fashion. Participants can dress up as eco-fashion ambassadors to give new life to old garments.
The administrative expenses of the event will be sponsored by the Board of Directors of Po Leung Kuk, and all proceeds raised will support the Kuk’s various services for the benefit of the needy.
