Target Group 

Local young people aged 18-40 who are interested in developing creative arts, innovative technology or start up company  

Objectives 

Provide funding to young people who are interested in developing creative arts, innovative technologies and entrepreneurship, so as to encourage them to achieve their dreams and make positive contribution to the society. 

Content 

Provide funding to aspiring young people to implement their creative expertise and dreams in order to encourage and promote a positive attitude and lifestyle.
