PLK Mart
Introduction
In order to promote local artistic creation with Hong Kong characteristics, the Kuk has held the "PLK Mart @HKCC" at the Hong Kong Cultural Center since September 2013. The event has been sponsored by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and organized through the "Creativity Market" business model by selling a diverse range of handicrafts made by various stall owners.

Affordable fees: Effective utilization of community resources, enabling minorities to find a platform for selling their personal creations in the current high-cost and high-rent entrepreneurial environment.
Sales platform: Actively providing entrepreneurial sales skills training to the community to enhance their entrepreneurial skills.
Promoting distinctive local art and cultural heritage, as well as creative handmade crafts, to the general public and tourists

By serving handicraft stall owners, local handicraft stall owners can showcase their talents, while at the same time promoting unique local culture and handicrafts to the public.
Content
Regularly organizing various themed markets, providing local artisans with exhibition and sales platforms at lower or free rental rates compared to the market.
